Krystin M. Frazier
Krystin’s practice focuses on real estate and business transactional matters. Krystin has considerable experience with real estate transactions.
Krystin handles a wide
spectrum of real estate transactions and property-related matters. She regularly offers
her expertise in commercial real estate transactions, hotel and franchising matters,
energy tax credits, affordable housing developments, property development, zoning and
land use planning.
Krystin also represents clients in corporate matters such as formation, equity
investments, governance and negotiation and drafting of organizational documents for
limited liability companies, for-profit and non-profit corporations, and partnerships, and
has expertise in rendering corporate legal opinions.
Throughout her career, Krystin has represented business owners throughout the
country in a wide range of business transactions and often serving as outside general
counsel for several startup companies and small businesses.
